About Tshifura Attorneys
R.T. Tshifura Attorneys is a young developing an firm established in April 2004 by one dynamic legal practitioner namely Rudzani Timothy Tshifura, following realisation of the exiting challenges to the legal profession.
These challenges are brought about mainly by the ever-changing legality and technology developments, which means that more specialised attorneys in legal advisory, services are required to assist clients in making informed and commercially viable legal decisions.

The firm’s focus is geared towards entrance into the true of the law practice with view of providing high-level professional services to it’s clientele in various legal fields. The firm is result oriented whilst being sensitive to the needs of clients regardless of their social status. Hence, we already boast a highly qualified supporting staff composition and we further can count on the co-operation and the support of other disciplines to ensure provision of high quality and cost effective services.
The firm also envisages appointing a number of candidate attorneys and more supporting staff, thus contributing our fair share to the country’s development in terms of job creation.
We also have a privilege of being familiar with both the Western and African cultural languages thus enabling us to readily communication with the majority of population in South Africa, which would increase the scope of our performance.
Director's Profile
Rudzani Timothy Tshifura
He completed his B. PROC Degree at the University of Veda in 1999. He joined the firm R.A. MANOKO ATTORNEYS of Carletonville where he served his articles of clerkship and was admitted as an attorney of High Court in 2004. He was responsible for the running of the said firm of attorneys.
During the course of his articles he gained extensive experience in both High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, debt collection, commercial contracts, matrimonial matter, Administration of estate, third party claim, civil matters and labour law.
After admission as an attorney he started practicing on his own account as R.T. TSHIFURA ATTORNEYS until to date. He currently specializes in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, commercial contracts, matrimonial matters, debt collection and criminal work.
